At ASF, it is our endeavour to take the vast, untapped resource of woman potential and turn it into a self-sustaining workforce. We support and nurture projects that have gender diversity and ethical initiatives at their heart and operate in the areas of health, safety and environmental awareness.

We do this by first identifying need gaps in companies and then imparting opportunistic skill development to women in these areas of need. We also identify, train, financially support and provide corporate connections to social entrepreneurs and woman collectives whose causes align with ours. Additionally, we organize workshops that focus on self-esteem, self-defence, hygiene and wellness.
