No Woman Left Behind.
ASF’s Project Livelihood initiative focuses on helping marginalized women in rural areas creating sustainable livelihoods for themselves. We enable this through a well-structured system of identifying, upskilling and mentoring to ensure that they are financially independent for life. Additionally, we train them on topics related to savings, health and safety and gender diversity. Through these initiatives, we ensure women become financially independent and are able to support their dependents in the family, especially girl children. The beneficiaries are continuously monitored to ensure ongoing sustenance in their livelihood projects. To make Project Livelihood a reality, we partner with like-minded NGOs, corporate and social workers aligned to our core principles of woman empowerment. Self-help groups are also created within the beneficiaries of these projects to create a sisterhood of confidence, unity and leadership.
